Objective and Key Results(OKRs): Objectives are derived from the company Strategy . Based on the Objectives key metrics are broken down so that they could be measured against the objective. Some of the reasons why OKRs fail

  • Too may OKRs
  • Complex OKRs
  • Not easily measurable
  • Set without clarity of the company’s Strategy & Mission.
  • When not broken down to the lowest level in the company
  • When the employees in the organization do not understand how the OKRs map for their respective role
  • Does not wait for a minimum of 1 year and constantly change
  • Monitor OKRs regularly and bring in the changes needed if required to achieve the same
